Can I Return My Purchase?
We advise all of our customers to choose their purchases carefully as we do not offer returns.
What if I receive the wrong item?
We strive to fulfill each customer’s order accurately. If however an error is made, please contact our customer care team at myluscioushair@gmail.com. within 14days of delivery. If the wrong item was sent, we will send you a return mailing label to send the item back to us. The item must be unused, all tags attached and in the original packaging. Upon receipt, a credit will be issued to your account which can be applied to your next purchase.
What if the item I received is damaged?
Please contact our customer care team at myluscioushair@gmail.com within 14days of receiving your delivery. We will be happy to review this. You must contact our customer care team before returning any damaged items. Any items sent without prior approval will not be issued a credit. The item must be unused, all tags attached and in the original packaging. Upon approval, we will issue your account a credit for the item purchased plus shipping fees which can be applied to your next purchase.
